                                           Flushing part

                         1.After entering the main unit, the bottles are conveyed into the bottle                               rinsing machine through the transmission star wheel
                          

                          2.The bottle clamp holds the bottle mouth and flips it up 180° along the                            bottle-rinsing guide rail to make the bottle mouth face down.
                            

                     3.The nozzle of the bottle rinsing clamp sprays sterile water to rinse                                     the inner walls of the bottles.

                                              Filling section

                    1.All 304/316 stainless steel contact parts and liquid tanks, as well as the                       air delivery device, are easy to clean.
                    

                     2.The filling volume can be fine-tuned and the liquid level remains the                               same after filling。
                    

                    3.During filling, the bottles are lifted by cylinders, and the high-speed                               operation is stable and reliable.

                                     Capping part

                      1.The sealing effect is stable and reliable, with an unqualified rate of no                               more than 0.2%

                      2.It will automatically stop when there is a shortage of bottles.

                      3.Applicable to all 304/316 stainless steel structures.
