                                               Flushing part

                             1.After entering the main unit, the bottles are conveyed into the bottle                               rinsing machine through the transmission star wheel
                            

                         2.The bottle clamp holds the bottle mouth and flips it up 180° along                                        the bottle-rinsing guide rail to make the bottle mouth face down
                            

                       3.The nozzle of the bottle rinsing clamp sprays sterile water to clean                                      the inner walls of the bottles
                        

                                              Filling section

                    During filling, the bottles are lifted by cylinders, and the high-speed                                      operation is stable and reliable.

                    Compressed air is connected to the lifting cylinder through the air intake                         distributor.

                    When in operation, compressed air is injected into the cylinder through the                      injection pipe

                    After the bottle mouth rises, push open the filling valve and start filling

                                     Capping part

                       After the filling is completed, the bottles enter the capping machine                                   through the transmission star wheel. The anti-rotation knife on the                                      capping machine  holds the bottle neck part and, together with                                            the outer bottle neck guard plate of the capping machine, keeps the                                     bottles upright and prevents them from rotating.

                    Screw LIDS under the screw cap machine spindle drive the revolution                                and rotation, implemented under the action of a CAM cover and set of                                cover,screw cap,cap off action, complete the whole process of block.
